1. General Refund Rules

  • Refund eligibility is determined strictly by the airline, hotel, or service provider’s fare rules.
  • Some tickets or services are non-refundable; others may allow partial or full refunds subject to penalties.
  • Fly4Cheaper cannot override, change, or waive supplier penalties or restrictions.

2. Flight Ticket Refunds

2.1 Refundable & Non-Refundable Tickets
  • Refundable tickets: Eligible for a refund minus airline fees and Flybooking Arena service fees.
  • Non-refundable tickets: No refund is permitted unless allowed by the airline under exceptional circumstances.
2.2 Airline Penalties

Airlines may apply cancellation fees, no-show fees, or date-change penalties. Any penalties applied by the airline will be deducted from the refund.

2.3 Service Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Refund processing fee
  • Cancellation service fee
2.4 No-Show Policy

No-show tickets are generally non-refundable unless the airline’s rules permit otherwise.

3. Hotel & Accommodation Refunds

Refund conditions follow the hotel’s cancellation rules. Any applicable hotel penalties will be applied by the hotel and reflected in the refund amount.

4. Travel Packages Refunds

Travel packages follow the refund terms of the individual providers included in the package. Package refundability depends on each supplier’s rules.

5. Processing Time

  • Most airline refunds: 7–21 business days.
  • Hotels & packages: 3–14 business days.

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the supplier and payment method.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Fly4Cheaper account.
  2. Go to My Bookings.
  3. Select the booking you wish to refund.
  4. Submit a Refund Request.

7. Refunds for Payment Issues

If a payment was deducted but the booking failed, a full refund will be issued after verification.

8. Special Circumstances

Schedule changes, medical emergencies, visa refusals, and other extraordinary situations may qualify for refunds or fee waivers. Documentation (medical certificates, visa refusal letters, etc.) is required and subject to supplier approval.

9. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Service fees
  • Processing fees
  • Convenience charges
  • Payment gateway fees
